Sichuan Douqi Technology Co., Ltd., a high-tech company specialized in the design  of high-end flash memory chips, is headquartered in Mianyang, the “Western Silicon Valley” in China. It has also set up the R&D centers in Beijing and Shanghai, as well as sales centers in Qingdao, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. In the strong and  experienced R&D team, all  the core personnel own over ten-year overseas R&D experience.


As a provider of NOR Flash, NAND Flash, Controller and other IC related products and solutions, the Company has established a comprehensive strategic partnership with the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences to jointly research and develop anti-radiation products, so as to provide high-performance memory chips with independent intellectual property rights for China's aerospace industry and other high reliable applications.

Liu Ming

Liu Ming, the Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Phd supervisor, Memory Technology Expert and Technical Consultant of Douqi Technology

The Director of Key Laboratory of microelectronic devices and integrated technologies of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chief Scientist of national major basic research projects, Winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund 2008, Person incharge of innovation group of National Natural Science Foundation of China and Candidate of the Key Talent Project and Beijing Hundred Leading Talent Training Project.

As a scholar who has important global influence in microelectronics, she has been engaged inthe research on the key part of the field - the study of new memory andintegrated circuit processing. She developed the first two memory chips within dependent IP, 8M nc-Si and 1G NOR in China, which improved the process technology of integrated circuits, and have been widely used in mask manufacturing,special devices and information required in national projects; she also set up the model of Resistance Random Access Memory (RRAM), and coped with the argument about the resistance change dynamics by proposing the doping modification and local electric field enhancement technology, which has becomethe general approach to improve the performance of RRAM. The innovative achievements of Liu Ming, the Academician play a key role in the development of new memory and process technology of integrated circuits and improving China's international status in the field. She now serves as the Technical Consultant of Douqi Tech.


Tao sheng


Graduated from the Southeast University Graduate School, the Visiting Professor of the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, expert of  IC design. He has rich experience in the field of IC design, especially the memory IC design, and worked in famous America design company for many years. So far, he has led the development of a variety of storage products, which have all realized mass production and achieved excellent sales results


Bi Jinshun

Doctor and Expert of radiation tolerant products

Doctor Bi, after graduating from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was dispatched to the Institute for Space and Defense Electronics of Vanderbilt University in the United States on a government sponsorship to study the radiation effect of advanced semiconductor technology and radiation-hardened technology under the guide of IEEE FELLOW Ron Schrimpf and Dan Fleetwood, authoritative professors in the domain of semiconductor radiation. He has also participated in a number of national key projects and is the person in charge of the R&D of radiation-hardened products of Douqi Tech.


Liu Jing

the Memory Technology Consultant

Graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, he was under the tutelage of Professor Liu Ming, the famous technical expert in micro-Nano electronic devices and memory technology. He studies the technology and reliability of new memories, and took part in many major scientific studies such as National Science and Technology Major Project (02), Program 973 and Program 863, etc.
